No refunds on completed documents
All products offered by SoCal Grooming Company are custom digital documents generated specifically for your brand and product. Because these documents are created to order using information you provide, and because they are delivered digitally, we are unable to offer refunds once your documents have been generated and delivered.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued after document delivery.
Two free revisions
We want your documents to be right. Every order includes two free revisions, which you may request within 14 days of delivery. A revision request must identify specifically what needs to be corrected and may include updated files or information if needed.
Revisions are available for corrections to the information provided in your intake form — such as company name, product name, SKU, or logo. Revisions do not include reformulation of a product, changes to underlying IFRA data, or requests that would require generating an entirely new document.
To request a revision, reply to your order delivery email with the details of what needs to be corrected.
What to do before you submit
To ensure accuracy from the start, please double-check the following before completing your intake form:
- Your company name and contact information are exactly as you want them to appear
- Your logo file is high resolution and in the correct format
- Your product name and SKU match what you intend to sell
- Any supplier documentation you provide is current and accurate
Accuracy and liability disclaimer
SoCal Grooming Company generates compliance documents based on information provided by the customer and on formulation data sourced from ingredient suppliers, including Essentials by Catalina. We make reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy of all documents we produce.
However, SoCal Grooming Company does not independently verify the accuracy of third-party supplier data, customer-provided formulations, or ingredient declarations. Documents are generated in good faith based on the information available at the time of order.
It is the sole responsibility of the customer to verify that all compliance documentation is accurate, current, and appropriate for their intended product and market before use.
SoCal Grooming Company shall not be held liable for any damages, regulatory penalties, product recalls, or other consequences arising from the use of documents generated through our service, including but not limited to errors in customer-supplied data, changes to IFRA standards or regulatory requirements after document delivery, or limitations in automated document generation processes.
A note on document generation
Some documents produced by SoCal Grooming Company are generated with the assistance of automated tools and software. While our team reviews all documents prior to delivery, automated processes may occasionally produce errors. We encourage customers to review all documents carefully upon receipt and to use the revision process if any discrepancy is identified.
