Our Process
How it works — from order to delivery
We keep it simple. Here's exactly what happens when you order a compliance document from SoCal Grooming Company.
Step 1 — Place your order
Choose the document or bundle that fits your needs and complete checkout. Immediately after purchase you'll receive an order confirmation and a link to our intake form.
Step 2 — Complete the intake form
The intake form takes about 5 minutes. We'll ask for:
- Your company name, address, phone, and email
- Your logo file (PNG or SVG, high resolution)
- Your product name and SKU
- The document type(s) ordered
For IFRA Certificates:
You'll also upload your supplier's IFRA PDF. If your product uses Essentials by Catalina bases or fragrance oils, we already have the formulation data on file — just let us know which products you're using and we'll handle the rest.
For Safety Data Sheets:
We'll need your product's full ingredient list with percentages. If you're using Essentials by Catalina bases, we have the ingredient-level data and only need your fragrance and additive details.
For Certificates of Analysis:
We'll need your product formulation and batch details. EBC-sourced products are already in our system, which significantly speeds up your turnaround.
Step 3 — We build your documents
Our team reviews your submission and generates your branded documents using verified formulation data. Every document goes through a quality check before delivery.
Turnaround times:
- Single document: 3–5 business days
- Single Product Compliance Pack: 5 business days
- Brand Launch Bundle (up to 5 products): 7–10 business days
Step 4 — Delivery
Your completed documents are delivered as print-ready PDFs via email. Need a revision? We include two free revisions with every order.
